Open Session

 

Every Tuesday night Grasshoppers deliver the “Open” netball session at Haden Hill Leisure Centre.

 

It’s a great way to get back into the game, meet some new people and have fun getting fit!

 

There is no need to pre-book – just turn up for the 6pm start, pay on Reception and they’ll point you in the right direction.

 

Each session is led by one of the Hoppers’ players or coaches – usually a short warm-up, some ball skills and drills and some match play.
